Briana Villa Seminyak, brand new two bedrooms Villa located in the trendy area of Batu Belig, only a few minuets walk to either the beach or the trendy cafes and restaurants (including Hog Wild – former Naughty Nuris) in the next street.
This Seminyak villas of Briana Villa located on the right side of main living area and each one is very large with all new luxury furnishings, beds, linen, air conditioners, fans, TV cable and DVD. The en-suites bathroom are also very large and open with a clean modern look. All the furnishings are uniquely blend with modern bali style villa. The beds has top quality King size beds and quality linens which are very comfortable for Briana Villa Seminyak. Each bedroom has large timber and glass sliding doors that look onto the pool area. As you walk through the bali style timber gates you will see gardens, lawn area and the swimming pool.
The living area of Briana Villa Seminyak is located adjoining the bedrooms and also looks onto the garden and pool area. The living area has a sofa lounge, kitchen and romantic dinning area adjoining the patio area for either outdoor dining or lying in the sun lounges. The kitchen idea is everything easy to reach and has a large island counter that also serves as a bar area. All the furniture and specially painted artwork is new and helps give the villa a warm but modern feeling.

The moment we stepped into the villa we were blown away. The grounds are expansive, staff are welcoming and property very well presented. My wife says that’s got to be her dream house!
Although it’s listed as a 4-bedroom villa there’s actually a fifth room, albeit a lounge area that can be used as a bedroom in very practical ways.
We love the home cooked meals whipped up by the staff, you just pay for the grocery cost with the service included in the rental. It’s really that good.
Although quite a distance from the main street, around 10 minutes and a further 10 minutes to Seminyak Village, the Villa benefits from privacy and a luxurious fit out from a 17 meter lap pool to open bathrooms and lush tropical gardens.
Our group of 11 stayed very comfortably and enjoyed returning to this lovely home after a full day excursion. I’m sure we will be back sometime soon!
