Villa Aquila, a newly built three bedrooms modern style private luxury Seminyak villa situated in the heart of popular area of Seminyak. This luxury Seminyak villas located within walking distance to Seminyak beach, cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping boutique and nightlife where International Airport within 40 minutes drive.
Villa Aquila are all completed with finest materials featuring fully air-conditioned bedrooms and fan-cooled with its own private en-suite bathroom, all bedrooms are situated upstairs with plenty of cupboard space, include television, DVD player and safe deposit boxes. Villa Aquila has fully trained English speaking staff ready to serve you and to ensure you have a memorable stay.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom with king size bed opens straight up to the terrace plus 1 day bed equipped with ensuite rain shower, great for the early birds to slowly wake up with a cup of coffee while the sun rises. Inside the room has a serene ambience with it’s warm wooden floor, white walls and modern art with hints of blue in it’s decorations. There is a king-size bed, a sofa and a TV with DVD player along with a separate dressing room featuring a large white closet containing kimono’s, slippers and a safety deposit and the en-suite bathroom features a free standing bathtub for ultimate relaxation.
The two guest bedrooms here at Seminyak private villas are identically designed, both located upstairs adjoined to the balcony that leads to the terrace. The spacious rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling-fans, a king-size bed in one and twin beds in the other, TV with DVD players, spacious wardrobe closets and private en-suites with rain-showers extra shower heads and washbasins with guest amenities for your best experience staying at villas in Seminyak
Living Room
The Living area completely with air-conditioned and fan-cooled with comfortable sofa, and cable TV. You can enjoy your music selection via Bluetooth where great sound system available at Villa Aquila. A wireless internet connection is also available throughout the villa. An expansive wooden deck on the secend level overlooking swimmin gpool has a comfortable sofa for sunset cocktails
Dining Room
The dining area comfortable to accommodate 6 persons and open plan kitchen downstairs is fully equipped
Garden & Pool
The swimming pool size 14.5m x 4m features wooden deck with 4 sun lounges and outdoor shower. To complete your holiday, a BBQ on the lawn is available on request.

Great villa in great location
We stayed as a family of 5 for Christmas and new year we had a fabulous time and the staff were so lovely and took great care of us cooking lovely breakfasts and the chef that came and cooked what we requested the day we arrived and Christmas Day was awesome the food he cooked was so deliciousSpecial thanks to Apel (sorry if spelt wrong) who took care of us every day doing a great job, although may have been a bit bored as we never really asked him to do much, but he was always asking and whatever we did want was done immediately and also Ari who was overseeing the villa, you were there whenever needed it was just a quick msg on whatsapp and you appeared!! Thank you for everythingBeds very comfy large modern rooms, the only thing I would say is, we requested pool fencing as we had our granddaughter with us and it was very un-attractive and cost $100 a day, it did the job and I wouldn’t have not had it but for such a lovely villa I would have preferred something betterAll in all it was a fab place to stay with a family

Wonderful family trip !!!
Brought my family of 5 there. The place is surrounded with many good restaurants. Love the villa, the staff were friendly and service were spot on. The chef cooks AMAZING MEALS !!! Looking forward to come soon.

Great villa in great location

•Payment can be settled by credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or telegraphic bank transfer inclusive of bank transfer fees

•Check in time is at 2.00 pm and check out time is at 12.00 noon. Late check out can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.

•The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent.
